Cheaper Furniture at Banta

A friend informed us that there is a furniture store in Kuwait that has the same IKEA concept, Banta. We immediately visited their warehouse in Al-Farwaniya and were pleasantly surprised that their home furnishings are way cheaper than IKEA’s! Although there are fewer showrooms, one can just go to IKEA first to research some great ideas on how to furnish a room in your house then head to Banta to look for cheaper alternatives.

AS-IS, for the IKEA-Loving Bargain Hunters

In case you are not aware of this yet, there is an AS-IS section in every IKEA store. It is usually at the end of the warehouse just prior to the cashiers (In IKEA Kuwait, it is at the right before the cashiers).

Returned, damaged and formerly showcased products which are not in new condition or taken out of the IKEA product range are displayed here, and sold with a significant discount, but also with a "no-returns" policy.
